Feedback purpose
SHSS is an early prototype concept for structured, human-controlled school safety governance.
This feedback is being collected before any MVP build decision. The goal is to learn what works, what does not work, what is missing, and what concerns school stakeholders see early.

- Does this solve a real school safety workflow problem?
- Is the workflow understandable?
- Is the workflow too heavy for staff or administrators?
- Is the advisory-only AI boundary clear?
- Is the RAC method understandable?
- Would interim controls be useful to document when a permanent fix is delayed?
- Would residual risk review help leadership understand what risk remains?
- Would the audit trail help a team understand who did what, when, and why?
- What privacy, security, workload, or adoption concerns come to mind?
- Who else should review this before an MVP is built?
